Pre orders
A pre-order is an order you can make for a new item before it is in stock and available for delivery. Before ordering, please read the rules and regulations below:
Pre-orders require a full payment to be made at checkout.
Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations. If you would like to cancel a preorder we will refund in a form of a store credit or exchange only.
Please note that delays may occur. We will ship orders the moment they are available.
Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than the estimated delivery date due to several factors (eg: customs and holidays). Please do not order if you are unable to wait.
If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available. We advise that you place orders for in stock and pre-order items separately, so that the in stock items you have purchased can reach you faster.
Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms and conditions.
Logistics
Goods are dispatched Monday to Friday, and all orders are shipped within 5-7 working days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays outside of our control — if your order is delayed by such an event then we will be in touch as soon as possible to let you know, and take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
Returns and exchanges
Please email us if you would like to return an item — a refund or exchange will only be considered within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.
We will only cover return costs for faulty items — sale items, shipping costs, duties and import taxes are non-refundable. When returning an item, please retain proof of dispatch from a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance — otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned goods.
After we have received returned goods, we will decide whether to approve or reject the refund — if approved, we will issue a refund receipt automatically via email and the refund will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase.
